Simple Present Tense

       -Formula to Simple Present Tense:    
                                        Subject + Verb1 + Object + Modifier
Ex :
1.    I drink coffee
2.    She drinks coffee
3.    We drink coffee


-Negative Form
                               Subject + (does/do) + not + Verb1 + Object + Modifier
       a). If the sentence is positive using the singular verb (i.e. verb1 + s / es), use the word (does) before (not) and do not forget to change the singgular verb into verb1. (Does not) be abbreviated (doesn’t) and (do not) can be abbreviated (don’t).
       b). If the positive sentence use (be) (i.e. is, am or acres), do or does not required. you Needs to be done here to insert (not)  after (be), each of which can be shortened to ( is not) / (Are not). Contraction (am + not) is (ain’t). But do not use contractions in written / formal conversation because it is not formal.

Ex:
 1.The sun does not rise in the west and does not set in the east. (Matahari tidak terbit di barat dan tidak tenggelam di timur).
2.The full moon does not come every 15 days. (Purnama tidak datang tiap 15 hari).
3.The planet earth does not take 400 days to rotate the sun. (Planet bumi tidak butuh 400 hari untuk mengelilingi matahari).
4.My son does not always go to school on foot. (Putraku tidak selalu pergi ke sekolah dengan berjalan kaki).


      -Yes/No Questions
          Yes / No Questions for Simple Present Tense is made by placing the word help does / do or be is / am / are before subject. Consider the following formula:
                                      Does/Do + Subject + Verb1 + Object + Modifier?
Ex :
       1. Do you angry with me?
       2.  Does she a beautiful girl?


             -  The simple present tense is also used to show how often something happens with adverbs of frequency - always, usually, often, sometimes, occasionally, seldom, rarely, never, etc.... And when discussing daily, weekly, monthly etc. routines.

For example:
        1.       I always get up at 6.00.
        2.       I never drink coffee before 12.00.
        3.       I work on my website every day.
        4.       Every Monday and Thursday I go to the gym.

      Welcome to my blog. My complete name is Made Ngurah Bagus Sapta Nurgita, I am Sixteen years old, was born at Pontianak, 07-07-1995. I come from Bali. I am Hindu. I am a student from Junior High School number 1 Pontianak, the best Junior High School at Kalimantan Barat. I study at eleven science one.

      This blog very simple. I make it when my english teacher ask me because of blogger can makes it easy for sharing everything, such as your opinion, writing or your photos in my blog. use english in everytime can make you accustomed speak english very well. And then if you are smart English,you can study at other country, you can go to other country with no worry in speaking because english is international language, and you can marry with people in america, england, ect with speak english. hahaha that few benefits of english.
